Interest rate are on the average. We will never see rates like we did at 2-3-4 %, Those days are GONE. So why ( 5-5-2025 rumor of lowering rates when we are above the 2% fed rate ) are we seeing a slow market?  We have an inflation problem, not an interest rate problem. Its not a tariff problem, the out of control inflation has been going on for some time, 2020-2025 and its harder to control today then it was 1979-1987.
